This ‘Pocket Token’ is made from beautiful “Acacia”.. Acacia wood (often referred to as Shittim or Shittah wood) was heavily used in biblical times. It was the primary wood used to construct the Tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, and other sacred furniture in the Sinai wilderness, chosen for its strength, durability, resistance to rot, and availability in the region. Color medium golden to reddish brown. The Tokens have gone through 13 grits of sanding and have not been stained…just buffed to a shine to show the natural wood color. A nice pocket reminder!
The embedded Masonic Square & Compasses emblem is the same as I use on my knives. Token Diameter: 1-1/4″; Thickness: between 5/16″ and 3/8″. Unstained. Buffed to a shine.
